Shipping Policy
At Lento, we primarily ship using UPS and FedEx for both domestic and international orders. Shipping notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, and online tracking is typically available within 48 hours after the shipping notification is sent.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide 100% accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. Lento is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
In the event a package is lost in transit, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Lento will not process replacement orders until the claim has been submitted and the carrier has declared the package lost. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
Customs and Duty Fees Policy
All customs duties and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country, and Lento is unable to provide compensation or specific information regarding these charges.
Warranty
We proudly offer a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects and damages resulting from normal use. This warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of the original purchase receipt for service. Before sending any product for service, customers must contact Lento customer service to receive a warranty service ticket.
Please note that damages resulting from improper handling, attempted repairs, modifications, or other misuse are not covered by this warranty.
Order Cancellation and Return Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned under any circumstances. All sales are final. During the checkout process, customers must agree to this by checking a confirmation box before completing the purchase.
If there is an issue with any items in your order, rest assured that our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects to ensure your tools function as expected.
